Our Forklift Experts have extensive backgrounds as forklift Service Managers and Mechanics and work as your advocate. Through our centralized process, we dispatch the local provider, determine necessary repairs, approve repairs, and are billed for their work. Our team of Forklift Experts then “scrubs” each invoice for accuracy of hours, parts, etc. Any discrepancies are immediately challenged with the local Service Manager and corrected before an invoice is sent to you.

All repair data and per unit fleet data is entered into our fleet management software to give you real-time information on asset inventory, asset cost per hour, asset expenses, usage, PM reminders, and a host of management reports. Access to this software is provided at a nominal fee.
